Code Violation Consulting – translating a municipal violation notice into understandable terms and recommending necessary corrections for compliance.      

Partial Inspections – performing inspections of a specific building system or for a specific purpose, and generating inspection reports to document findings for owner use.      

Special Inspections – assessing property conditions or the amount of property damage, and generating inspection reports to document findings for purposes such as insurance negotiations.         

Home Inspections – for sellers (pre-listing) and buyers (pre-purchasing), to determine the existing condition of a property and evaluate the existing condition of various building systems; generating inspection reports to document our findings.    

Expert Witness – testifying in legal proceedings in  a Court of Law or at Administrative Hearings.
